The best guided meditations for 2022

Ladies and gentlemen,

Today I will look at some of my favorite mediations and give you my all time favorite ones based on their own individual benefits!

Let’s goooo

1. Morning

Are you struggling changing your bad habits, mental patterns, thoughts and emotion?

The best way to change your life is by using this meditation every morning. We start with a little mindfulness relaxation, and then use visualization to take note of the patterns to let go, and news ones to create. It’s a very powerful meditation inspired by Dr Joe Dispenza’s work that will create a change in your consciousness, energy field and life.

Set the tone for the rest of the day with this wonderful tool.

Best way to use it, right after you wake up, before checking your phone and identifying with the world, with your personality, with your struggles and worries

2. Change your life

Do you want to change your life but don’t know how? Are you trying to find the best way to change your thoughts and feelings to change your mindset?

Here is one of the most powerful meditation I know inspired by my favorite Dr. Joe Dispenza one. It guided you through a relaxation exercise, followed by, with the use of imagination, creating your new life. It is a really amazing meditation to connect with your inner potential. Doing this everyday will help you with feeling excited, creative, abundant, and grateful. I am moved to tears every time I do it. I personally do this every morning when I wake up instead of the previous one because I can go in my vison with more depths. It gets me fired up and motivated for the whole day!

3. Relaxation

Looking for the perfect way to relax or help falling asleep like a baby? Or like my dad in front an F1 race?

Use this meditation whenever you feel tense, anxious, restless or emotional. A bit of mindfulness and a bit of visualization. A perfect combo to let all your troubles melt away.

4. Compassion

Are you struggling with perfectionism? Are you too hard on yourself? Do you wonder how to develop a more compassionate mindset for yourself and others?

During the pandemic I found that the way I was talking to myself was quite harsh. I put a lot of pressure and judge myself. And telling myself “stop it, you shouldn’t think that way” wasn’t helping either.

This meditation will guide you through a relaxation, followed by a visualization that will help you see yourself from an external perspective. After that, you will use the Hawaiian tradition of ho’oponopono to help you make peace with the different aspects of your personality. Then I will help you open you heart and spread the love around you.

It’s a very powerful meditation that can help you rewire your brain and reprogram your mindset to develop self compassion, self love but also compassion and love for the people in your life and for the world.

5. Gratitude

Do know you should be more grateful but you don’t know how to? Do you want more thoughts And feelings of gratitude in your life?

In this guided meditation, I guide you through a breathing exercise, relaxation and then help you find gratitude for all the gifts you may have in your life. Shifting your focus towards grateful thoughts is a process, a practice. The more you are able to develop a grateful mindset, the more joy you can find in your life, the more empowered you can be and the more opportunities you will be able to find on your path. But also because you cannot be negative and grateful at the same time.

To practice gratitude daily will be a huge help on your journey to balance, health and wealth.

6. Evening

Do you want to change your life? Do you understand how your patterns and your actions are related?

The best way to change your life is by using this meditation every night. We start with a little mindfulness relaxation, and then use visualization to take note of the patterns to let go, and new ones to create. I also guided you into observing all the wonderful new things you have done today to help you grow your confidence and engrave new positive patterns. It’s a very powerful meditation inspired by Dr Joe Dispenza’s work that will create a change in your consciousness, energy field and life.

I do this one every night before going to sleep which also helps me relax and have a good night of rest. Since I used to struggle with sleep it’s a great tool for that too.

7. Sleep

Do you have a hard time falling asleep? Do you struggle with calming down and excessive thoughts?

In this 4-7-8 sleep guided sleep meditation, I use Dr Andrew Weil’s breathing exercise to help you fall asleep. The breathe and our cortisol levels is connected. When we slow our breathe down, the brain sends chemical messages to the body let go of tensions, to relax and to start the process of falling asleep. However, a short breathe will tell the brain that we are in danger and so cortisol and adrenaline is produced. This meditation is a great tool to help you center yourself, slow your breathing and slowly fall asleep. I guide you through a short relaxation exercise, followed by the method developed by Dr Weil and finally the calming music keeps playing a while to accompany you into a deep slumber.
